Our current turnaround time is approximately 15 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

Due to the personalization of most of our items, each item is made to order.

Once an order has been placed, no changes can be made. Please verify all selections, personalization, sizes, etc. prior to checking out.

Traditionally monograms are first name initial, last name initial, middle name initial. You can enter your initials in which ever order you prefer, but we will print or stitch them exactly as entered. 

Due to the sensitivity of many personal items and the cost to replace them, Pretty 'N Reckless Stitching does not offer products to be brought in for stitching. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis, including but not limited to commencement stoles. 

Our catalog is always growing. We do offer customs, but there is a setup fee and a digitizing fee if the file is not in PES format. Submit a Custom Inquiry. 

Because of our items are made to order and custom made just for you, there are no returns or exchanges. This includes items that are not monogramed as well. 

If an item arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 3 business days delivery at pnrstitching@gmail.com. If it is a mistake on our end, we will be happy to remake the item.
